Das Gleichgewicht zwischen zwei Phasen in einem Einstoffsystem ist nach der Phasenregel (27.11) univariant. Also gibt es bei fester Temperatur nur einen Gleichgewichtsdruck und bei gegebenem Druck nur eine Gleichgewichtstemperatur.
