Zusammenfassung
Bei Schmerzen im Becken-Oberschenkel-Bereich gilt es, viele Differentialdiagnosen abzuklären. Es muß an abdominelle, retroperitoneale Erkrankungen mit Irritation des M. psoas ebenso gedacht werden wie an Veränderungen der Hüftgelenke oder auch der Wirbelsäule und des Bindegewebes. Routinemäßig wird man den „Fabere“-Test ausführen (Kunstwort aus den Anfangsbuchstaben Flexion, Abduktion, externe -Rotation und Extension) [1]. Nachtschmerz spricht häufig für Entzündung der Bindegewebsstrukturen oder für ein Tumorleiden. Man muß auch beachten, daß zwei Probleme zur gleichen Zeit vorkommen können, etwa eine Hüftgelenkserkrankung und ein Engpaßsyndrom.
