Zusammenfassung

Wenn der Arzt einem „Schulterproblem“ gegenübersteht, so muß er sorgfältig prüfen, ob das Beschwerdebild mit den Gelenkstrukturen im engeren Sinne (Arthrose, Bursitis) zusammenhängt oder ob die Beschwerden extraartikuläre Ursachen haben, wie z. B. eine Reflexdystrophie oder einen Projektionsschmerz von der Gallenblase her. Es kommen aber auch systemische Ursachen in Frage [1, 2, 3]. Der Schmerzcharakter kann schon Hinweise geben [1], aber die gezielte Anamnese muß versuchen, verschlimmernde Faktoren aufzudecken, um so die Ursächlichkeit genauer zu bestimmen.
