Zusammenfassung
Der Uterus wächst während der Schwangerschaft von Birnengröße bis zu einer Größe von ungefähr 30 × 25 × 20 cm zum Geburtstermin (Abb. 13.1 und 13.2). Das Fassungsvermögen des Uterus vergrößert sich in der gleichen Zeit auf 4000 ml. Das Gewicht des Feten beträgt in der 8. Woche 1 g, in der 24. Woche 650 g und zum Geburtstermin 3500 g.
