Zusammenfassung
Während die Vorstellungen über die Ä tiologie der chronischen Polyarthritis zur Zeit vorwiegend noch spekulativer Natur sind, gibt es eine Vielzahl pathobiochemischer Befunde, die geeignet sind, pathogenetische Teilmechanismen zu erklären (1). Zur besseren Übersicht der pathobiochemischen Mechanismen erscheint eine Einteilung in drei verschiedene Stadien mit zum Teil fließenden Übergängen und gleicbzeitigem Ablauf sinnvoll.
