Benoxaprofen in der Behandlung der chronischen Polyarthritis

Zusammenfassung

Nichtsteroidale Antirheumatika (NSTA) mit langer Halbwertszeit (HWZ) werden neuerdings wegen der dadurch möglichen Einmalgabe antirheumatischen Wirkstoffen mit kürzerer Wirkungsdauer und der Notwendigkeit einer mehrmaligen Applikation während 24 Stunden vorgezogen. Beruht die klinische Wirksamkeit der meisten NSTA auf der Hemmung der Prostaglandin-Synthetase, so sind damit zwangsläufig vermehrt und intensivere gastrointestinale Nebenwirkungen verbunden.
