Zusammenfassung
10% aller gastrointestinalen Erkrankungen sollen auf Antirheumatika-Therapie zurückzuführen sein (10). Um den Einfluß verschiedener nicht-steroidaler Antirheumatika zu prüfen, erfolgten bei Patienten mit Erkrankungen des sog. rheumatischen Formenkreises vor und nach Antirheumatika-Therapie Oesophago-, Gastro-, Duodenoskopien und Messungen der transmuralen elektrischen Magenpotentialdifferenz. Zusätzliche Bromoprid-Therapie (Viaben*) hatte einen statistisch gesicherten günstigen Einfluß auf diese objektiven und subjektiven antirheumatikabedingten gastrointestinalen Nebenwirkungen.
