In contemporary research publications on work life issues much emphasize is given to the topic of change or transformation within the organizations or between organizations and their environment. Be it technological, behavioural or economic research all introductions pay their visits to the gospel of change rate, knowledge obsolescence, internationalization or magnitude of change as rationales for accumulating more systematic knowledge.
