Zusammenfassung

Der Beweis einer Intoxikation ist ausschließlich durch eine chemisch-toxikologische Analyse möglich. Der Verdacht ergibt sich einerseits bei Fehlen einer anderen Erklärung des Krankheits- oder Todesgeschehens oder aber auch durch Symptome bzw. morphologische Veränderungen, die der Pathologe/Neuropathologe erfassen kann.
