Versatile Broadband CARS Spectrometer Based on a Diode-Pumped Nd:YLF Laser: Polarization-Sensitive and Time-Resolved Measurements
Construction and performance of a multiplex CARS spectrometer with an expanded (1000 cm−1) spectral range and good signal-to-noise ratio are reported. The potentials of the setup in the polarization sensitive CARS measurements were demonstrated for accurate depolarization ratio determination and for detection of weak (overlapped) Raman bands. The nanosecond time resolved resonance CARS spectra of the lowest excited triplet state of all-trans retinal were measured.
