Zusammenfassung
Liquorfisteln treten auf, wenn die Dura durch Dehiszenz den Austritt von Liquor aus dem Subarachnoidalraum ermöglicht. Dies manifestiert sich meist als Rhinoliquorrhoe, Pseudorhinoliquorrhoe oder Otoliquorrhoe, kann sich aber als direkter Abfluß aus Wunden oder auch an Inzisionstellen, entlang von Liquorwegen, einstellen.
