Zusammenfassung
Die Beziehung psychotischer Patienten zu sich selbst und ihrer Umgebung ist in vielfältiger und charakteristischer Weise gestört. Ein Eingehen auf alle verschiedenartigen Aspekte dieser Störungen würde jedoch den vorgegebenen Rahmen sprengen, weshalb die Thematik nur exemplarisch anhand der schizophrenen Psychosen abgehandelt werden soll. Die getrennt zu betrachtenden schizoaffektiven und affektiven Psychosen bleiben unberücksichtigt.
