Anisotropy of Phonon Interaction in Y- and Bi-HTSC Monocrystals

Abstract

For explanation of so big difference of absolute value and temperature dependence of thermal conductivity æ(T) Y- and Bi- monocrystals HTSC in ab-plane and in c-direction we may suggest existence of any dominant scattering mechanism in c-direction, which absence in ab-plane and semitransparent for phonons. On this background phonon-electron interaction, which define hump in thermal conductivity at TTC/4 in ab-plane isn’t observed.
