Abstract
We report on our recent results about the phonon-reflection imaging experiments in Si. The setup was similar as the one used by Northrop and Wolfe [1] except that a superconducting Al tunnel junction was used as the detector. Heat pulses were generated by focusing a HeNe-laser beam onto an Al film which covered the remainder of the detector surface.
