Abstract

A 71-year-old white man was irradiated 7 years ago for a well-differentiated B1 adenocarcinoma (according to Gleason histopathologic grading: 3 of 10) of the prostate. His pelvic nodes received 5000 cGy in 25 fractions and his prostate received 6600 cGy in 33 fractions.
