Abstract

Nature of ordering phases in Ising-like Heisenberg antiferromagnets on the hexagonal lattice is studied. These systems generally have successive phase transitions. Properties of phase transitions and order parameters are investigated by using Monte Carlo simulations. Nature of the ordering process of the z-component is compared with those of the three dimensional XY model and the six-clock model.
