Abstract
An intracavity laser spectroscopy (ILS) method is known as a high-sensitive and a high-speed laser spectroscopy method. Many molecules such as C2H4, NH3 O3 SF6, CC12F2 and others have absorption spectra in the range of CO2-laser radiation. So it is possible to apply CO2-laser in ILS method.
