Zusammenfassung
Die zentrale Aufgabe einer humanpharmakologischen Abteilung besteht in der Durchführung klinischer Prüfungen mit dem Ziel, Präparate-Wirkungen zu beschreiben, zu vergleichen und zu bewerten. Diese Ziele können nur dann optimal realisiert werden, wenn die Prüfbedingungen gemäß der Fragestellung geordnet sind. In einem ungeordneten Umfeld hingegen wird der Vergleich der Effekte erschwert, die Aussage-Sicherheit geschwächt und eine klare Interpretation der Ergebnisse nur eingeschränkt ermöglicht.
