Transplantation von Larynx und Trachea beim Menschen

Zusammenfassung

Möglichkeiten zur Teilrekonstruktion von Larynx und Trachea mit regionärem autogenem Gewebe sind in großer Vielfalt in Einzelveröffentlichungen und Operationslehren beschrieben. Hierauf wird verwiesen. Allerdings kann bereits an dieser Stelle vermerkt werden, daß diese Verfahren unter den erarbeiteten Möglichkeiten einer Transplantation von homologem konserviertem Gewebe vornehmlich der Trachea heute unter neuem Aspekt betrachtet werden können.
