Abstract

The following work presents an application of Isotropic and homogenous turbulence theory to the investigation of hydrodynamics and heat exchange inside gas-liquid foam. Fixed expressions for interfacial area between phases at the foam strata and heat transfer coefficient (from warmed surface, which was placed inside foam) were obtained.
