Electronic Transport in Regular Doping Structures

Abstract

We consider dopant atoms incorporated in crystalline semiconductors in an ordered array. For structures in which donors have been condensed into periodically ordered sheets, we discuss some recent transport and cyclotron resonance experiments. There is evidence from transport that partial ordering within the plane of dopant atoms is also possible.
