Zusammenfassung

Das Leit- oder Begleitsymptom pharyngoösophageale Dysphagie ist definiert als Störung des geregelten Nahrungstransportes aus dem Rachen in den oberen Ösophagus; diese Schwierigkeit zu schlucken tritt also während der Nahrungspassage auf, sie ist grundsätz- lich nicht von Schmerzen begleitet. Schluckschmerzen werden als Odynophagie bezeichnet und kommen mit oder ohne echte Behinderung der Nahrungsaufnahme vor. Bei dem Symptom Globusgefühl (globus pharyngis) handelt es sich um in den Bereich des Rachens lokalisierte Mißempfindungen („Kloß im Hals“) unabhängig von der Nahrungsaufnahme beim Leer- bzw. Speichelschlucken.
