Anhand der Ergebnisse der Suchtforschung sollen 3 Fragen beantwortet werden. Sie beziehen sich auf die Wirksamkeit der gesetzlichen Primärprävention, auf die Wirksamkeit unserer Behandlungsangebote und auf das Verhalten von Öffentlichkeit und Gesetzgeber gegenüber dem Suchtkranken.
