Zusammenfassung
End-zu-End-Anastomosen werden äußerst selten als Rekonstruktionstechnik für langstreckige Harnleiterdefekte genannt. Das Postulat einer spannungsfreien Anastomose galt bisher unbestritten, so daß Defekte von max. 3–5 cm als üerbrückbar angesehen wurden [1].
