Zusammenfassung

Die Probleme der konventionellen Skelettszintigraphie zur Metastasensuche beim fortgeschrittenen Prostatakarzinom sind bekannt [3]. Sie betreffen vor allem Unsicherheiten bei der alleinigen visuellen Beurteilung von Zunahme oder Abnahme der Speicherung in einem Herd während der Verlaufskontrolle. Eine exakte Quantifizierung ist (mit Einschränkung) kaum möglich [2].
