Zusammenfassung

Bei Vorliegen eines operationsbedürftigen Refluxes standen bislang die klassischen offen-operativen Verfahren in extravesicaler und intravesicaler Technik zur Verfügung. Hierbei war es operatives und damit therapeutisches Ziel, eine Verlängerung des intramuralen Uretersegmentes zu erreichen, um den Reflux zu beheben.
