Zusammenfassung

Fisteln zwischen Darm und Urogenitaltrakt können als ernsthafte Komplikationen verschiedener Erkrankungen auftreten. In 95% liegt eine primäre Darmerkrankung vor [1]. Als häufigste Ursachen sind Entzündungen (Divertikulitis, Appendicitis) und Neoplasmen im Darmbereich anzusehen.
