Summary

Angular motions of a rigid body subjected to perturbation torques of different nature are considered by means of methods of small parameter: averaging and singular perturbations techniques. Evolution of perturbed Euler-Poinsot and Lagrange motions under the influence of small dissipative torques (both external and internal) is studied.
