Mañana is a powerful new real-time language suitable for implementing sophisticated control strategies. Some of its important features highlighted in this paper are: a very abstract fuzzy specification language, the use of deep reasoning in deriving its control actions, the employment of possibilistic inference to give optional control, and the application of mutual delusion protocols for casual communication.
