Ein Produktionsunternehmen läßt sich nach HACKSTEIN in die vier Unter-nehmensbereiche Absatz, Produktion, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Personalwesen untergliedern (siehe Abbildung 2.1-1). Die Produktion1) umfaßt dabei die Bereiche Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Konstruktion, Arbeitsplanung, Beschaffung sowie Fertigung. Die Fertigung unter-gliedert sich wiederum in Teilefertigung und Montage (vgl. HACKSTEIN 1984, S.5).
