Auch im Zeitalter der schmerzlosen Piezo-ESWL, der erweiterten Indikation zur ESWL großer Steine durch Verwendung versenkter Uretersplints und der in situ-ESWL von Uretersteinen kann auf endourologische Maßnahmen in der Steintherapie nicht ganz verzichtet werden.
