Marshall Did you look at the flora of these mice before you commenced the experiment for other Campylobacter or Campylobacter-like organisms, either by culture or by histology of the gastric mucosa? And secondly, were your mice allowed to eat their own feces in their cages during the experiment, or were they in special cages where the feces dropped through?
