Abstract

We consider the scattering of a particle of mass M by a central potential V(r). The potential is supposed to be real and locally integrable (Lebesgue integrability), except perhaps at the origin, where it is supposed to satisfy the integrability condition
$$\int_{o}^{a} {r|V\left( r \right)|dr < \infty ,} {\text{ }}a < \infty$$
