Zusammenfassung
Neuman beschreibt eine Methode, anhand derer mittels eines in den Zervikalka-nal eingeführten Ballonkatheters die Compliance der Zervix quantitativ gemessen werden kann (Neuman et al. 1980). Spaetling et al. (1985) haben untersucht, inwiefern sich mit dieser Meßmethode Complianceveränderungen der Zervix vor und nach einer lokalen Applikation von verschiedenen Prostaglandinen nachweisen lassen. Wir stellen hier Prinzip und Technik dieser einfachen Meßmethodik vor.
