Zusammenfassung

Nur 1% aller Patienten mit Prostatakarzinom sind jünger als 50 Jahre, ca. 2% jünger als 55 Jahre [7]. Kinder und Jugendliche mit Prostatakarzinom sollen in aller Regel eine schlechte Prognose aufweisen [4, 8] aber auch dem jüngeren Erwachsenen wird gelegentlich eine schlechte Prognose zugeschrieben [3]. Kasuistisch werden 20 Patienten unter 55 Jahren vorgestellt und mit den Ergebnissen in der Literatur verglichen.
