Zusammenfassung

Das metastasierende Nierenzellkarzinom ist eine maligne Erkrankung mit einer sehr schlechten Langzeitprognose [1]. Außer der chirurgischen Entfernung des Tumors ist keine kurative Therapie bekannt. Neue Hoffnung wurde durch erfolgreiche Therapieversuche mit verschiedenen Interferonen geweckt [2, 3].
