Zusammenfassung

Seit 1982 verzichten wir regelmäßig auf die retroperitoneale Lymphadenektomie (RLA) im klinischen Stadium I nicht-seminomatöser Hodentumoren. Voraussetzung sind das informierte Einverständnis des Patienten und engmaschige Kontrollen in anfangs vierwöchentlichen Abständen. Bei Verdacht oder ersten Hinweis auf Progreß im Retroperitoneum wird die RLA durchgeführt.
