Zusammenfassung

D-SER-(But)6-Azgly LHRH ein hochwirksamer LHRH-Agonist wird als Alternative zur Orchiektomie in der Therapie des fortgeschrittenen Prostatakarzinoms eingesetzt [1, 2]. Ziel dieser Studie war es, das pharmakokinetische Verhalten dieses LHRHAgonisten bei normaler und eingeschränkter Nierenfunktion zu untersuchen.
