Zusammenfassung

Bei geplanter standardisierter Lymphknotendissektion werden Lymphknotenmetastasen bei Nierenkarzinomen im klinischen Stadium T1–3 Nx MO in 22% gefunden [2]. Die Bedeutung des Nachweises von Lymphknotenmetastasen für die Prognose des Kranken ist unbestritten. Während die 5-Jahres-Überlebensrate für Patienten ohne Lymphknotenmetastasen 61% beträgt, überleben nur 16% der Patienten mit Lymphknotenmetastasen [1].
