Zusammenfassung
Schon Nußelt hat die Wasserhauttheorie erweitert und berücksichtigt, daß der am Kondensatfilm entlang strömende Dampf die Geschwindigkeiten im Kondensat beeinflußt. Die Randbedingung zu (2.5) lautet dann nicht mehr ∂w/∂y = 0 für y = δ, sondern die Geschwindigkeit endet mit endlicher Neigung auf der freien Filmoberfläche entsprechend der vom strömenden Dampf ausgeübten Schubspannung. In (2.5) für das Geschwindigkeitsprofil
sind demnach die Koeffizienten c l und c 0 so zu bestimmen, daß die Randbedingungen
erfüllt werden, wobei das positive Vorzeichen für abwärts strömenden Dampf gilt, das negative, wenn der Dampf aufwärts strömt. Zur Berechnung der an der Phasengrenze herrschenden Schubspannung nimmt man Gleichheit von Druck- und Reibungskräften im Dampfraum an. Der Druckabfall längs des Strömungswegs dx sei dp.
