Monte Carlo Method for Quantum Spin Systems with Use of the Bloch Coherent State Representation

Abstract

Since the pioneering work of SUZUKI, MIYASHITA and KURODA [1], there have been many attempts to apply the Monte Carlo method to quantum spin systems [2], which utilize the Suzuki-Trotter formula [3]:
