Zusammenfassung

Kurzlebige Zyklotron-produzierte Radionuklide gewinnen in der modernen nuklearmedizinischen Funktionsdiagnostik zunehmend an Bedeutung. Das ideale Radionuklid für in-vivo Anwendungen sollte möglichst folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

  • kein α- oder β -Strahler sein,

  • γ-Quanten mit Energien im Bereich von 100–300 keV oder Positronen emittieren

  • eine Halbwertszeit von einigen Minuten bis zu einigen Stunden besitzen

  • möglichst stabile kovalente Bindungen mit Kohlenstoffatomen bilden.
