Abstract
The Polish contribution to this volume refers to the policy of maintaining full employment in the socialist countries. I should like to discuss another aspect of this: namely, the structure of the labor market as it exists in Hungary; for despite basic similarities the structures of the Hungarian, Polish, and other socialist economies are considerably different.
