Abstract
The recent, and continuing, adoption and implementation of air pollution models by regulatory agencies in the U.S.A., Europe and elsewhere has led to a justifiable concern about the validity and reliability of the models (Huang and Tai1; EPRI2; Smith3; Irwin and Smith4).
