Abstract
Diffusive cavity growth was analyzed in Chapter 11 under the assumption that the adjacent grains were rigid. Now the consequences of grain deformability for the cavity growth rates are explored. In Sections 15.1 and 15.2, power-law creep and elastic deformation, respectively, are considered.
