Zusammenfassung

Grundsätzliche Probleme bei Katamnesen wie Stichprobenselektion, die Wahl des Katamnesezeitraums und die Frage nach den Erfolgskriterien werden diskutiert. Ferner wird ein Überblick über 27 Katamneseuntersuchungen bei Opiatabhängigen zwischen 1962 und 1982 gegeben. Probleme und Ergebnisse unterschiedlicher Vergleichsstudien werden dargelegt, zum einen hinsichtlich des therapeutischen Klimas in unterschiedlichen therapeutischen Gemeinschaften, zum anderen unter dem Gesichtspunkt verschiedener Behandlungsmodalitäten.
