Abstract

The application of craniofacial surgery for resection of intra- and extracranial tumours in a combined approach is becoming increasingly important [1, 5]. Even in tiny babies, these techniques can be used in a similar way, as for repair of congenital craniofacial malformations. This method of treatment allows excellent exposure and gives opportunity for immediate reconstruction if necessary.
