Zusammenfassung
Auch bei der Exploration der Skrotal- inhalte (SI) kann der Hauptvorteil der Sonographie genutzt werden, nämlich ein parenchymatöses Organ in seinen Grenzen, unabhängig von der Funktion, ohne Hilfsmittel und hier besonders wichtig, ohne ionisierende Strahlen darstellen zu können. Diese Möglichkeit hat sich als höchst sinnvoll und diagnostisch wertvoll erwiesen, obwohl doch die SI der Inspektion, der Palpation und auch für die Diaphanoskopie besonders günstig zugänglich sind.
