Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to show the Italtel Reliability Data Bank experience in electronics after ten years from data bank creation.
Technological evolution on systems and equipment have originated a reliability data bank evolution in order to maintain and improve its performances.
This paper will describe the concepts employed to design the today data bank features enabling it to be an important Company tool for reliability activities.
