Abstract
In Chap. 2 the system components required for a general description of the operation of a converter connection were defined. Assuming ideal conditions these are
-
Voltage sources whose time response is given by u (t),
-
Transformers with the transformation ratio w1/w2 and in the case of multiphase systems a phase dieplacement between primary and secondary electrical quantities dependent upon the transformer connection,
-
Resistors R as energy converters as well as inductances L and capacitors C as magnetic and electrical energy stores.
